DESIGN ARCHITECT / ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNERS
MAIN DUTIES:
provide conceptual design and design support, working on a broad architectural spectrum, including office, mixed-use, residential, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and public projects, with different sizes and scopes from individual buildings to urban planning.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- bachelor´s or master´s degree in architecture or equivalent
- experience in architectural design with focus in concept design and competitions
- experience in analysis and research
- confidence and expertise in Autodesk programs with an emphasis on AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
- excellent skills in free-form modeling program SketchUp and rendering software Enscape
- experience and interest in multiple typologies and scales, pared with strong design skills
- good team abilities as well as passion for architecture and design
- outstanding communication skills, fluency – written and spoken – in English and basic language skills in German
